Stream service Netlfix published the first trailer for the comedy Eurovision: The History of the Fire Saga, in the center of the plot of which is the famous music contest. More precisely, a kind of parody or sarcastic description of the event from the inside. Crazy costumes, elaborate staged performances and, of course, the incredible desire of the participants to win.
The plot focuses on the Icelandic musicians Lars (Will Ferrell) and Sigrit (Rachel McAdams), the “Fire Saga” duet, which wants to win the famous international pop song contest. The problem is that in their native Iceland no one loves them and does not plan to send them to the contest. But miracles do happen and dreamers will all have the chance to become famous. Through the ridicule of competitors and even relatives, in the absence of moral support from fellow citizens of the beautiful Northern country, the main characters go to the goal. Natasia Demetriou, Pierce Brosnan, Dan Stevens and Demi Lovato also starred in the film. David Dobkin set the picture.
The premiere of the comedy Eurovision: The Story of the Fire Saga will take place on Netflix on June 26th.
