Synopsis

The producers of the Apple Tv Plus, a recently launched streaming service, is working on a project based on The Foundation, Isaac Asimov’s series of novels that are outstanding works of classic science fiction.

The literary source tells the life story about Hari Seldon, an outstanding scientist predicting the imminent decline of the giant Galactic empire based on his knowledge of psychohistory, the science of the future. According to Seldon, an era of decline and barbarism will come in the near future. The Commission of Public Safety, in general disagreement with Hari Seldon, wishes to prevent the possibility of widespread publicity for his theory.

Isaac Asimov’s classic novel touches on a variety of aspects, including future technology, science, political intrigue and love for humanity.

• The Foundation will be released on the Apple Tv Plus streaming platform. The first season will be available for viewing in 2021 – however, the exact date of the premiere has not yet been announced. Undoubtedly, the release of The Foundation TV series will be one of the most anticipated in 2021.
