Synopsis

Scott (Pete Davidson), the main character of The King of Staten Island, is a slacker who lives with his mom (Marisa Tomei) and lounges away his life smoking marijuana joints and getting ink done to his friends who are just like him. Scott’s father died in firefighting operation and this event becomes the central object of his reflection.

Things changes when his mother starts dating with a man who is a firefighter just like Scott’s father. This fact makes Scott’s blood boiling and he becomes crazy as his habitual life is crashed. However, maybe such changes will make our slacker to grow up and think about his life and future?
